REFUND POLICY: Full refunds will be given for cancellation requests received on or before December 18, 2026.
From December 19 through December 27, 2026, refunds will be issued minus a $40 fee per registration, as food, beverages and other clinic expenses will have already been committed.
Beginning December 28, 2026, no refunds will be given if the clinic is held. However, you may substitute another coach from your school or organization for a registered coach who is unable to attend.
FULL PAYMENT REQUIRED TO ATTEND THE CLINIC: All registration fees must be paid before a coach will be admitted to the clinic. You may pay online, by mail, or at the door. If payment by check has not been received by the opening of the clinic on January 7, 2027, the coach must pay the full registration fee of $125 per coach at the door before being admitted.
If a school or booster club payment is subsequently received by mail after the clinic, any duplicate payment personally made by the coach at the door will be refunded in full.
